Chi girl
I don't know how to post a picture on the blog yet to post Grandpas' Toby picture. It was a really neat painting.
Oh! Sadie, what did you do?
Tuesday
Last Saturday Sadie packed her pen and necessities and came to have an overnight with Grandma and Grandpa. Nicole was going to see her Dad in Orlando. It's been a long time since we have had to figure out how to take care of a dog. As soon as Nicole left Sadie kept pacing around and when Grandpa went to see what was wrong with her he noticed about 5 lbs of brown gifts on the dining room carpet in front of the window; even though she had just been out and Nicole said she had done all her business. Grandpa said, Nancy, come look, I have to take her out, she just p--ped in the dining room. Nancy had to clean it up---fortunately it was hard enough to pick up with kleenex, I had to make two trips. We finally figured out the routine we used to have when we had a dog. Sadie is so strong that Grandpas' pedometer registered more calories used for fewer steps than previously.
Sadie went home early Sunday afternoon.
Fast forward to Monday morning. Grandpa was going to clean some black from the tile by the front door with some Chlorox Cleanup. He thought the solution smelled strange but couldn't figure out what it was. He was kneeling on the dark colored rug there and then lo and behold he was kneeling on another one of Sadies' gifts. Grandma had to pick that up too and again it was hard so was not too much of a problem. I was going to wash that rug and fortunately had not done so yet. Lucky for Sadie. That's all from S.H. now.

2nd Blog from Safety Harbor
Well, this is my 2nd, 2nd blog. I don't know what happened to my first. I had it almost done and then pushed a few buttons to find out how to get a picture. I see I should have done that first. I read Jeffs' blog and saw his pictures of the snow and also Erins. Couldn't imagine living in that climate again no matter how beautiful it is. It's been cold here today. The mid 50's. Dad is sitting here in long pants, long sleeve heavy shirt and socks. Not footies but socks! You know how he loves wearing all those clothes. I've had a sweater on all day also. We went over to Nicoles' to check on Toby while she's in N.C.. Speaking of Toby, Gramps went to his painting class on Tuesday and took a picture of the cat because that was their assignment. His painting of Toby was so good I couldn't believe it. That's all for now. Have to play a little Solitaire.

Grandpa painting/Nancy blogging

Hi everyone, Noreen is helping me blog. This is my first attempt.
I can't really say that. I have tried before and didn't get very far.
Was going to call Whit but I knew Noreen would be here in a few
days. She just left me to go see how Grandpa was doing. She's
teaching him how to paint hair. He's been having fits trying to get Chelseas' hair color right. PS-This is not the Corvette that Grandpa has. His has some white on it.
